・Veggie Okonomiyaki
・Veggie Yaki-Udon
・Matcha Pudding
In my session of Kawaii Cooking I would like to teach you how to make VEGGIE Okonomiyaki, Yaki-Udon and Matcha Pudding not only for vegetarian people, but also for the people who want to try a new taste of Okonomiyaki.
The peculiarity of My Veggie Okonomiyaki is that contains full of deliciousness of vegetables.
Okonomiyaki literally means "As-You-Like-It" Pancake, so you can put
anything you want. But in my session you can try to make a basic veggie's one and I will introduce you its variation.
Very attractive contrast between the soft texture of Potato and crispy fried batter.
Yaki-udon is stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat. But here
I will use Fried Tofu instead of meat.
As a desert we are going to make a Matcha Pudding topped with Anko.
You probably already know that Matcha is Japanese green tea and Anko is Sweet red bean paste which has been always loved by Japanese people.
All dishes you will cook don't contain any animal products neither fish stock.
When your creation is complete you can eat it for lunch or dinner.
Soka has a cutting-edge project.
They are working to renovate abandoned old houses.
After the work is completed, those will be reborn as modern coffee shops, restaurants or others.
My kitchen isn't only renovated typical old Japanese house in the precinct of a Shrine but it is also High-tech kitchen studio.
Why don't you join my lesson and come sightseeing ?
I am specialized in Japanese Cooking Classes for international visitors. I have experienced to teach them various Japanese dishes in Japan and foreign countries.
In my twenties and thirties, I lived in Italy. During those years I was invited by many Italian friends to their homes and enjoyed many delicious homemade meals. I realized that spending time over a shared meal was a fantastic cross culture experience. When I got back to Japan I decided to teach Japanese cooking to international visitors. I have enormous experience holding home parties.
