House made sukiyaki is in fact most delicious way of enjoying it. One reason is, we can control potion of sugar (sukiyaki contains lots of sugar), we can until full!, and less expensive! Sukiyaki can be super expensive in a restaurant because of wagyu beef. I would love to invite guests in my kitchen for sukiyaki dinner. Very simple dish bue truly enjoy the quality of local ingredients.
