Udon is a kind of Japanese noodle and very popular to eat in Japan.
Udon, which is a thick white noodle made of wheat flour. Udon may be served cold or hot, in a soy-saurce based dashi-soup with toppings, such as fried tofu, tempura, and seaweed.
Here you can have all the udon noodles made by yourself. You make udon from flour to dough and make the soup taking dashi-soup.

Making Udon by yourself will help you to understand about Japanese cuisine.
