- "Hello. My name is Aki. I live in Tokushima, where has wonderful nature. And a lot of vegetables are grown, so you enjoy Japanese cuisine with them. I am a dashi-sommelier and study about "dashi-soup", the basis of Japanese cuisine. I would like to talk about it and Umami, with background of Japanese food. I also prepare 4-types of cooking menu for you, sushi, udon-noodle, okonomiyaki, and teishoku, set menu of Japanese food. I am looking forward to seeing you."
