Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we make "chirashizushi" and "soumono". Chirashizushi makes vinegared rice that combines sushi vinegar with vinegar, sugar and salt, and freshly cooked rice. Mix the dried shiitake mushrooms in a sweet and spicy dish, or the finely chopped root vegetables in a sushi tub. Decorate with beautifully colored ingredients such as kinshi eggs, carrots and shrimp on the top, and it is completed. Ingredients differ depending on the region, and it is attractive that various arrangements can be made. "Soup" draws "Ichiban dashi" with kelp and bonito. Add a little soy sauce to taste and adjust the taste with salt. However, the addition of salt doubles the flavor, so simple ingredients can be used to make high-quality soup. Both are the basics of Japanese food.
