"Hello. My name is Nicole and I run Nicole's Table which offers Caribbean cooking classes to guests from around the world. I started cooking in my mother's kitchen in Montserrat (a little island in the Caribbean), and then went on to work as a professional chef later in life. My cooking classes are well structured and always come with a recipe booklet, stories about growing up in the islands, and information about our culture and unique way of seeing the world.
