After returning , I experienced a completely different industry .
Then married, had a baby, divorced, and my son became a university student.
My son and I have wheat allergy so I have studied gluten free dishes.I have a license of gluten free cooking.
I have been studying calligraphy for over 20 years.
Once again, I had the chance to be involved in communicating Japanese food and culture.
