- "I am Kaoru Suzuki, a teacher specializing in teaching traditional Japanese confectionery known as wagashi, to foreigners. I would like to share the beauty and delicacy of Japanese wagashi with people from all over the world. I am a certified instructor of WPA (Wagashi Promotion Association), and have a school in Tokyo near Shibuya called WaBon Wagashi School. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you to share my knowledge and passion for wagashi!!"
