In this class, you can learn the history of japanese rice cake, mochi and Nerikiri wagashi. In the lesson, you will make Daifuku, three coloured dango and 2 kinds of Nerikiri wagashi.
You can also have a experience of making your own matcha green tea.
In a comfortable atmosphere, you will be able to take photos during the lesson.

I am Kaoru Suzuki, a teacher specializing in teaching traditional Japanese confectionery known as wagashi, to foreigners. I would like to share the beauty and delicacy of Japanese wagashi with people from all over the world.
I am a certified instructor of WPA (Wagashi Promotion Association), and have a school in Tokyo near Shibuya called WaBon Wagashi School.
