Making Japanese sweets
We have some kinds of WAGASHI.
“Nerikiri” “Gyuhi” “Manju”and so on.
It depends on the season,I decide what I make.
Most of the WAGASHI are vegan & gluten free.
I have been teaching my regular “Making Japanese sweets class “ since 2009.
From last year, l have “Japanese sweets workshop”(@kichijyoji , Tokyo)
My Japanese sweets students have a lot of fun to make sweets every time and my tea ceremony students are always looking forward to eating my sweets.
My students always make really individual WAGASHI.
It’s so fun.
I’m flexible with the date & time.
Firstly you reserve open day, then we chat each other to decide the date & time.
If you have anything about that, please feel free to ask me.
Let’s make Japanese sweets together.
My
WAGASHI means Japanese sweets.
WAGASHI is traditional Japanese sweets.
When I make WAGASHI, I always follow the season.
Making WAGASHI is so fun!!
Looks cute!!
Taste good!!
One guest makes 5 pieces WAGASH then eat 1 piece together.
You can take 4 pieces WAGASH to go back.
After making WAGASH we eat it together with Macha.(green tea)
I make green tea for you.
•You don’t need to bring anything.
•It takes for 1 hour & half to make them, then eating 1 piece with Matcha.
Total time,it takes about for 2 hours.
If you want to try mixing matcha & being the guest of Japanese tea ceremony (looking procedure demonstration), I have 2 another classes.
Please check them!
