* Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
* Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
* To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to keep the class on schedule, we may not be able to delay the start time for late arrivals.
* Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to join the class in progress. Depending on the situation, some parts of the experience may be missed.
* Once the activity has started, refunds cannot be provided for late arrivals, missed portions of the class, or no-shows.
* Please make sure to check the meeting location carefully before the activity. We recommend confirming the address on Google Maps in advance. ( Refunds cannot be provided for missed classes due to arriving at the wrong location. )
* If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
