- "Hello! I'm satoru. I was born in Hokkaido and grew up with great nature and large vegetable field. I've cooked since I was 3 years old. As a child, I always harvested fresh vegetables from the garden and cooked with my mother and grandmother who are wonderful cooks. After graduating high school, I went to San Francisco to study photography and Art! After coming back from the US, I decided to conduct a cooking class for international tourists @my little apartment. By 2018, people from 80 different countries have visited my class!!! "
