- "My name is Masato Uenishi, Max as my nickname. I lived in state (NY) for 25 years, then moved to Japan and staying here for 14 years. I do teach English to Japanese people, as well as teaching Japanese to foreign people for not only grammars and languages support, but telling them the bicultural experiences and knowledges that I had in my life, as my side business. I normally host Airbnb, own a restaurant, and also live as a life coach/consultant in Japan. I used to work as a part-time sushi chef back in NY, and was interested in cooking since high school. I owned a Hawaiian restaurant in Osaka, now I have a Takoyaki bar restaurant close to Dotonbori, one of the famous area in Osaka. I normally love to cook for my family everyday, and love to teach how to cook in English and/or in Japanese."
