Walk through the roofed path for 2 blocks and find a roofed shopping arcade on your left. Take a left toward the arcade and once you entered the arcade and find the supermarket Sanko, immediately take a right and get out of the arcade. Go up the hill and you’ll find the apartment building on your right that says “Samurai Cook” on room #1301.
