    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

You can walk here from the large Ikebukuro Station in about 15-20 minutes, but the nearest station, Zoshigaya Station on the Fukutoshin Line, is just a 3-minute walk away. If you are using Zoshigaya Station, I will meet you there.

Our classroom is located in Zoshigaya on the Fukutoshin Line, just a few minutes from the bustling Ikebukuro. This lovely, quiet area, with its old-town charm, offers a peaceful retreat from the city.

In our classes, we provide hands-on training in making ramen, gyoza, sushi rolls, and nigiri sushi. Participants can also enjoy learning how to make matcha and tasting traditional Japanese desserts. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, we support you in mastering authentic techniques and gaining the confidence to create delicious Japanese cuisine.
