-Bento
You can experience making a traditional Japanese home-style bento.
You can enjoy a healthy assortment of dishes in one bento, providing various nutrients. We offer plant-based Karaage, a popular dish in Japan enjoyed by both adults and children, instead of chicken.
-Simple Japanese language lesson
A simple Japanese language lesson to make your travels in Japan more enjoyable.
In this class,
After a brief Japanese language lesson, we will start making bento. We'll prepare common Japanese home-cooked dishes, such as onigiri (rice balls), tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette made with a special pan), and quick and easy plant-based karaage. Finally, we'll creatively pack each dish into traditional Japanese wooden bento boxes, allowing guests to create their own original bento.
UM
We have been teaching Japanese home cooking to people from other countries through cooking lessons and international team buildings of global companies.
We also recognize the significant importance of daily meals for our own health and that of our families. Based on these experiences and realizations, we would like to promote the appeal of Japanese home cooking to people overseas, helping them maintain their daily health through Japanese cuisine.
