Kara-age(Japanese fried chiken) and Onigiri Bento Box
I will introduce the most popular Bento Box in my family.
In addition to juicy fried chicken , make Onigiri, Japanese typical side dishes and popular sweets together.
Marinating chicken with typical
Japanese seasoning and unique
ingredients makes it moist and tastier.
Everyone has seen those Onigiri in
We will make those onigiri by our
hands not molds.
Why don’t we enjoy making Onigiri with
our favorite fillings?
Japanese Rolled Omelet
We will make this fluffy omelet by
using a rectangle frying pan.
Two side dishes
Sweet soy glazed lotus root
String beans marinated with sesame
Strawberry Daifuku (Sweet Mochi)
Making Strawberry Daifuku is simple
and enjoyable. And it’s yummy!!

I loved the whole experience! Junko was a lovely host and fantastic teacher. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable in her home and explained the cooking process the whole way. I would definitely recommend her wonderful cooking class and hope to see her again one day.

Hi Lesly, Thank you so much for joining my class. I was glad that you had fun and liked all of foods we made. Especially, I made sure snap beans with sesame source was best for you. I posted a recipe of Japanese omelet in my blog. So try to make it by yourself. I'm looking forward to seeing you next time!! Junko
