Kara-age(Japanese fried chiken) and Onigiri Bento Box
• Karaage(Japanese fried chickens)
• Onigiri (Japanese rice balls)
• Japanese rolled omelette
• Japanese side dishes
• Strawberry Daifuku (Sweet mochi)
I will introduce the most popular Bento Box in my family.
In addition to juicy fried chicken , make Onigiri, Japanese typical side dishes and popular sweets together.
Menu
Kara-age
Marinating chicken with typical
Japanese seasoning and unique
ingredients makes it moist and tastier.
Onigiri
Everyone has seen those Onigiri in
stores.
We will make those onigiri by our
hands not molds.
Why don’t we enjoy making Onigiri with
our favorite fillings?
Japanese Rolled Omelet
We will make this fluffy omelet by
using a rectangle frying pan.
Strawberry Daifuku (Sweet Mochi)
Making Strawberry Daifuku is simple
and enjoyable. And it’s yummy!!

★★★★★Junko was amazing! So patient and a great teacher, not just in how to cook but also the why. She is super friendly, funny and speaks great English. I am still dreaming about the food we made and would go back to cook in Junko's kitchen in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!
