Cooking Class Information

1. Welcome drink & explanation of class
2. Making Japanese rolled omlet
3. Plating rice and side dishes (Sashimi, Seasoned boiled shrimp, Japanese rolled omlet, seasoned Shimeji musuroom and sea weed) and chicken ball soup
4. Lunch time
5. Moving to a private tea room
6. Explanation of the tea room and some manners
7. Demonstration of the tea ceremony
8. Macha & Wagashi (Japanese sweets) time
9. Making matcha by yourself

You can experience both making a Daitokuji Bento and having a tea ceremony.

I was born and raised in Tokyo and I still live here.
I love to go abroad and have special experiences with local people so this is the reason I started air kitchen.
I have 2kids and cook everyday for my family and sometimes for guests.
My mother is a teacher of tea ceremony and I’m studying it for becoming a teacher too.
We have a traditional tea ceremony room and you can enjoy a tea ceremony there.
