◼︎TAKOYAKI(たこやき)
It is a casual Japanese snack found at festivals. It is a round snack filled with octopus.
To make takoyaki, use an iron plate with many hemispherical indentations.
Heat the takoyaki machine and oil the indentations to prevent the dough from sticking.
Pour the dough into the indentations of the takoyaki machine and place the octopus one by one on it.
※ Add other ingredients as desired.
When one side of the takoyaki is cooked, turn the takoyaki upside down with a thin stick with a sharp point and bake it in a spherical shape.
Takoyaki is usually eaten by sprinkling green laver and dried bonito on top of sauce and mayonnaise.
