    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Cooking Class Information

In our class, we'll hand recipe paper first and we'll show you the following procedure while capturing the key points.
And then, let's get a challenge to cooking◡̈

・Sushi is vinegared rice mainly topped with raw fish. Temari-zushi means balled-shaped sushi, topped with raw fish and seasonal ingredients.

・Vegetable miso soup ingredients- for example, onions, carrots, radish(, domestic pork, tofu, and konjac)

・Japanese style omelette ingredients-
japanese-style soup stock, sugar,etc..

・Pickles- We'll try to make home made pickles liquid.

Cooking place is our kitchen space, so please be relax and enjoy it!
