In this class, you can find Japanese tradion through tea ritual.This culture has maintained 400years, i want to introduce you a piece of this interesting food culture in my place "Gallery&Studio r_cafe 有庵".
We have a small tea room, I expect to show you the peformanse of tea ceremony first.
You can have a fine Japanese sweet and matcha you'll feel calm in the tea room while my peforming or explaining what is tea ceremony for Japanese people.
After that we'll start cooking Japanese food based on tea ritual. Almost Japanese food now we can see in restaurants are based on our lesson's menu except soup. We'll have them with some nice table ware and enjoy a little of Japanese rice wine (SAKE) with the traditional ware.

Hello, I'm Kaori. I'm a master of tea ceremony. I want to introduce you Japanese traditional food through the tea ceremony.
I expect to show you attractive decoration for food when we have special ritual ocation.
I also a advicer for food and table ware. Therefore l will arrange the style not so formal but you can feel very Japanese.
