Takoyaki is ball-shaped Japanese snack made of flour, dashi(soup). Cutted octopus is in it, but you can try to put anything else and make original Takoyaki!! Our favorites are Korean kimuchi(pickles)&cheese, sausage for kids etc.....Takoyaki is soul food in Osaka.
One more I can teach how to make miso soup in traditional way. Lately most Japanese use instant condiment, but I use Konbu and bonito flakes. Miso soup made with them is awesome!!
At first we make miso soup taking dashi from konbu and bonito flakes.after that you choose ingredient and put them into soup and add miso.
Making takoyaki is easy.mixing flour and dashi and some ingredients.most fun thing to make takoyaki is turning them and make them to ball shape!
