Thank you Mari! This was a great experience. You invited us to your house, told us about the history and traditions of tea ceremony and even let us try to prepare and serve tea by ourselves! We had such a good time, thanks.

I booked the tea ceremony with Mari as a birthday present for my husband who is interested in Sadō (Japanese tea ceremony). It was great and now we definitely want to learn more about this Japanese traditional art. Mari is a very friendly and knowledgable host who taught us a lot of interesting facts about the Japanese tea ceremony and its history. It doesn't matter if you reside in Japan or are visiting this country as a tourist, I would definitely recommend booking this experience!

Wonderful experience of the tea ceremony! Each step of the ceremony was explained clearly as well as the mentality behind it. It was great to practice the cleansing ritual before preparing the tea. Mari-san is an excellent, knowledgeable and friendly host and I really enjoyed my time with her. I highly recommend it!
