Thanks so much Michi and Arisa. So full of energy and we had lots of fun and yummy ramen to eat. Can’t wait to get home and start making our own secret ramen.

This was the best and most personable cooking class I have ever taken. Arisa and Michiyo pay attention to details, interact very well with the "student cooks," and help students cook the most incredible ramen noodles I've ever had! I'll do the class again!

Really awesome. Makes me want to buy equipment an make the ramen at home. They take you through the steps of creating the dish, making sure you do it correctly. You also have a choice of what you put into it using thoer homeade ingredients. Really fun people, definitely would recommend.
