Introduction

"Hi! I’m Eri, a culinary teacher from calmo cooking salon in Tokyo. I’ve taught cooking for 18 years and to more than 1000 people! What kind of food do you like to cook and eat? I believe that a good time can be created when the person who makes meals enjoys cooking itself. Though I teach a variety of dishes useful for from everyday meals to parties like potluck, I always try to make them easy and simple for one person to cook at home. Feel free to ask any questions or what you want to know about cooking and Japan. Classes will be held in both English and Japanese, so please come and join me also for cultural exchange.
