- "Hi! I’m Yuki. I have an authentic tea ceremony experience class, Japanese sweets (Nerikiri) class and Ramen &Gyoza class in Yokohama, Japan. I used to be an English teacher for about 25 years in Japan. When I have ever lived in America for one year, I was very surprised to know the popularity of Japanese Culutre like Anime, Japanese food and tea ceremony. So I would like to get to know Japanese culture more by enjoying to make Japanese sweets (Nerikiri) and drink Matcha (Green Tea) and Ramen &Gyoza cooking class. I live in Yokohama of Kanagawa Prefecture. It takes about 30 minutes on train from around Shibuya. Yokohama is also many famous places like Ramen Museum.
