Introduction: "・ Hi! My name is Yuko. I have lived in Kyoto my whole life and my house is 3 min from Daitokuji. I love to cook and enjoy meeting people from different countries. I would love to share how to cook Japanese everyday food you can recreate at home with you in a retired Izakaya restaurant owned by my family (and I live just upstairs). I use free range eggs and opt for natural ingredients as much as possible, just like my mom taught me. I look forward to having you in my cooking class!
