Food culture is very deep, and by knowing the food culture, you can see the unique climate, customs, and thoughts of the country. In particular, we Japanese are good at cooking methods that make the most of the inherent umami of ingredients. I also think about the health of the people who eat them, and I cook with sincerity because I want to see their smiles. Japan is proud of its food culture, which values caring for others. Therefore, Patia's Japanese Cooking Class started a cooking class for foreign tourists visiting Japan with the desire to share such Japanese food culture with people around the world. In Patia's Japanese Cooking Class, an English-speaking cooking instructor will give a lecture. You can learn one of three courses, from standard dishes that Japanese people love, to traditional sushi rolls, and chara-ben(charactor bento). A special experience that can only be experienced here, which you can't get at a restaurant! The venue is a cooking studio in Tokyo. The spacious and clean kitchen space is very comfortable!
