Sashimi and vegetables on sushi rice in a
special box)
2. Miso soup
3. Japanese Rolled Omelet
4. Strawberry Daifuku (Sweet Mochi)
I will introduce how to Oshi Zushi by using a Juice paper pack and a traditional wooden box.
So, you can cook for your family and friends after you go back.
I will also prepare many ingredients for it, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and anything else.
And will also make Japanese soul food, a rolled omelet by using a rectangular frying pan.
It’s fluffy and sweet !!
At last, making Strawberry Daifuku is so enjoyable and it’s yummy !!
Why not cook colorful press sushi by customizing!!

★★★★★Junko-San was amazing! She took us through her neighborhood and showed us some local shops. Then she welcomed us into her home and we made a full meal with good conversation too, and she gave us some great recommendations for things to do on our trip. We did not leave hungry! If you want to learn about true Japanese home style cooking, this is the perfect opportunity. We might just have to book another class with her before we leave Japan!

★★★★★Our cooking experience with Junko was marvelous. I was with my son 15-year-old and he loved it. Junko speaks very good english. She suggested we visit the supermarket to find out about the foods used by the Japanese. She was a great teacher and the food we cooked together was delicious.

★★★★★My second cooking experience with Junko san was just as incredible as the first! We learned how to make pressed sushi and an entire feast of delicious food. Even better than the yummy food was the conversations and laughter in the kitchen and around her elegant, beautifully-decorated table. I'm still smiling at our inside jokes ("oil the pan!") and the warm conversation we all shared as we ate the fruits of our labor. I would highly recommend a class with Junko san - it is one of the best things I've done in my seven months so far of living here in Tokyo.
