My second cooking experience with Junko san was just as incredible as the first! We learned how to make pressed sushi and an entire feast of delicious food. Even better than the yummy food was the conversations and laughter in the kitchen and around her elegant, beautifully-decorated table. I'm still smiling at our inside jokes ("oil the pan!") and the warm conversation we all shared as we ate the fruits of our labor. I would highly recommend a class with Junko san - it is one of the best things I've done in my seven months so far of living here in Tokyo.
