You can learn how to make rice for sushi and how to easily make it at home. We will also make Japanese tamagoyaki using an omelet frying pan, and green beans with sesame dressing using a unique utensil.

My name is Koto. Born and raised in Tokyo. I work in the food industry and have a Japanese chef's license.
My hobby is traveling in and out of Japan. When I go abroad, I don't often get the chance to meet local people living there, and I would like to be taught local cuisine by ordinary people, but I thought it was a shame that it was difficult. I can't travel abroad right now because my children are small, but I hope that through me, foreign travelers who come to Japan will get to know and enjoy local Japanese home cooking and culture.
