In particular, we Japanese are good at cooking methods that make the most of the inherent umami of ingredients. I also think about the health of the people who eat them, and I cook with sincerity because I want to see their smiles. Japan is proud of its food culture, which values caring for others. Therefore, Patia's Japanese Cooking Class started a cooking class for foreign tourists visiting Japan with the desire to share such Japanese food culture with people around the world. In Patia's Japanese Cooking Class, an English-speaking cooking instructor will give a lecture. You can learn one of three courses, from standard dishes that Japanese people love, to traditional sushi rolls, and chara-ben(charactor bento). A special experience that can only be experienced here, which you can't get at a restaurant! The venue is a cooking studio in Tokyo. The spacious and clean kitchen space is very comfortable!
