This is a class you make things together from the ingredients. We will help you make things fun even if it's your first time. We will explain the recipe, prepare the ingredients, cook, shape, plate, and even teach you how to make matcha. There will also be a teatime with matcha and handmade Japanese sweets. Since it will be a long class, onigiri, and miso soup will be included.

My name is Naoko. I love Japanese culture, history, and classical literature. I especially love the sweets culture. As a Japanese sweets-making instructor, I run a class called "URARAKASHI". Japanese sweets are traditional Japanese sweets. In this class, you will learn Japanese stories related to the season you visited, make Japanese sweets related to them, and enjoy cafe time with the finished Japanese sweets. Matcha is also available.
