This is a hands-on sushi experience where you can make Japanese nigiri sushi using ingredients you can buy at European supermarkets like Grand Frais.
Lessons are available in English, French, and German.
First, a sushi chef who graduated from a vocational school will demonstrate how to make sushi, then you will make sushi together and then eat the sushi you have made.
After returning to Europe, you will be able to make the same sushi you learned in class!
