First, we will make Dashi,Dashi is Japanese stock. This is a very important basic stock in Japanese cuisine. We will use this dashi stock to make miso soup. Next, we will make dashimaki, which is often made at home. Osaka-style dashimaki is a delicious Japanese omelet with a strong dashi flavor. Each person will make it themselves. Then, we will make okonomiyaki for the main dish. It uses pork, but the ingredients can be changed to suit vegetarians and pescatarians. For dessert, we will serve waffles shaped like cute baby fish and matcha. *Vegetarian and pescatarian requests are also accepted.
yayo
Hi, I am Yayo, I was born and raised in Osaka. Osaka is known as the kitchen town, and there are many delicious gourmet foods. I grew up there, so in my cooking class, I'll be making local Osaka food and home-cooked meals. The recipes I learned from my mother, and some of the seasonings are homemade by her. Please enjoy this cooking class of authentic local food.
