A delicate white bean paste (Shiro-an) infused with finely minced, aromatic marmalade wrapped in a soft, silky Gyuhi (mochi) layer. Enveloped in a shimmering, crystal-clear jelly scented with a hint of Lychee liqueur, creating a translucent glow like a gemstone.

A heart of light, melt-in-your-mouth refined bean paste (Anko), gently enveloped in handcrafted, silky-soft Gyuhi (mochi). Each petal is meticulously sculpted using Nerikiri techniques, creating a visual bloom that is as sophisticated as it is delicious.
