Gomoku sushi is made by combining various kinds of ingredients with vinegared rice. I will use a lot of vegetable(carrots, Shiitake, Konjac, bamboo shoots, burdock, Shiso, sesame )and egg.
If you don’t eat egg, I will not use.
Agedashi tofu is fried tofu and dashi.

My husband Ryo (He is Japanese but he grow up in LA)became vegetarian from 3 years ago.
So every day I cook vegetarian meal.
My home is in Daikokucho which is near Namba.
I like to touch different cultures, so I’d like to talk with people from various countries.
