The dates for holding lessons after January 2024 have not yet been determined.
In this lesson, we cook two kinds of Sushi. Maki-zusi and Inari-zushi are famous in Japan.
First, we prepare the rice to be used for sushi. Next, make the omelet, which is the topping. I will teach you tips on how to wrap sushi rolls in nori and stuff sushi with inarizushi.
For the soup, we make a delicious broth with bonito flakes and kombu. Let's tasting the flavor of the soup stock. Finally we add tofu and wakame.
