★★★★★It was my second cooking class with Keiko and it was wonderful! This time we decided to learn how to make sushi and dumplings. Keiko is so nice and a great hostess. Explains everything well and clear- from the first steps of making the food, how to prepare the ingredients , make the food itself, arranging the table and the food itself the correct way and how to eat correctly Japanese style. First time I managed to prepare a great tasting sushi. By the way, her gyoza and ramen recipise are still on the top of my list for best gyoza and Ramen I ever had.

★★★★★Keiko was an absolutely incredible host and instructor!! she spoke wonderful English, was very friendly, patient, and organized - this was without a doubt the highlight of our Osaka trip!! it was such an interesting experience - we learned not only how to cook delicious, traditional Japanese food, but also the history and proper names for each ingredient. she picked us up from the subway station, invited us into her beautiful home and took so many pictures/videos of us during the process so we could remember the experience! she even printed a recipe list we could take home so we could cook the food ourselves later!! highly recommend for anyone interested in cooking!!

She picked us up from the subway station and drove to her house. She taught us to make so many different kinds of dishes and sweets and she adapted our menu based on our dietary preferences. ★★★★★Keiko is so warm and hospitable, and is so passionate about cooking! Everything was very well set up and ran smoothly, and graciously offered to help us take pictures to remember the day. She was also very accommodating with a menu change request. We had such a great time learning to cook Japanese food and about Japanese culture and customs with Keiko, and she was very curious to learn about how things are where we are from too!
