★★★★★Learning how to make Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba with Hiroko was so much fun! I had the pleasure of meeting her friend as well and it felt like I was meeting old friends :) Hiroko was also very knowledgable and I learned a lot. Her home was beautiful and she made me feel very welcome. Flipping the okonomiyaki was hilarious but everything was delicious. She also gave me some ingredients to take home and make my own! Thank you so much for having me!

★★★★★beyond sushi!!! Hiroko met me at a metro station and then guided me onward to another train and then grocery shopping. we walked from there to her home, chatting as we went. the cooking class was so easy to follow and i did get to help prep the okonomiyaki. our lunch was delicious and Hiroko had me try something called egg tofu which is actually not tofu but more of a savory egg custard. hiroko also made yakisoba, panfried noodles with vegetables...... so much food! Hiroka was a wonderful host, helpful and knowledgeable, a delight to meet and a great teacher!
