I guess you are familiar with sushi with fish like tuna, sarmon. I'd like to introduce sushi with vegetables. These are traditional foods of my home town Kochi, South West part of Japan.
My classes take place at my home in Ebisu area. Just 1stop from Shibuya, easily accessible!

I'm Chihiro, a dancer and a pilates trainer. I traveled more than 20 countries and enjoyed cooking with locals. I'm cooking everyday for my family, usually Japanese foods. I like using new kitchen appliances but also love traditional ways. I'm originally from Kochi, south west side of Japan. There are lots of unique local foods, even Japanese people don't know much! Can't wait to share those recipes :)
