Bento box, Daifuku Mochi, Tea
Let's recreate beautiful autumn scenery in your bento lunch box!
In this experience, you will be able to create your own bento as pleasing to the eyes as they are to the tongue! You will be able to learn how to make inari sushi and side dishes, pack them and decorate with various toppings.
In addition, you will make daifuku mochi, soft and yum dessert.
The teacher Mai is Wagashi (Japanese confectionery) artist who believes the principle of aesthetic beauty in her creations. She is willing to share her knowledge and skills in her home kitchen!
After you make, you can take your bento with you and go on a picnic to Yoyogi Park near by, or eat in her cozy dining room.
