    Nigiri Sushi

    Sushi (寿司, 鮨) is a Japanese dish of specially prepared vinegared rice (鮨飯 sushi-meshi), usually with some sugar and salt, combined with a variety of ingredients (ネタ neta), such as seafood (most commonly and often raw), vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits. Styles of sushi and its presentation vary widely, but the key ingredient is "sushi rice", also referred to as shari (しゃり), or sumeshi (酢飯).

And I will open this class at your house/room around Minato-ku (Tokyo) and Makuhari (Chiba city) area. Just a small dining table and chairs are needed.

In this cooking workshop, we can cook 3 kinds of sushi together.
Sushi is globally known as the most popular Japanese dishes. However It’s believed that it will take many years training to make sushi.
This workshop makes you possible to make and eat sushi by yourself within 2 hours.
And skills you will learn are portable.
Please enjoy sushi making after you go back to your country with your friends and families.
