・Dashi tamagoyaki (fried egg)
・Dashi tamagoyaki: Mix two eggs together with dashi before cooking in a specialized frying pan and rolling with a makisu (bamboo mat). Participants will be given a makisu as a souvenir.
・Agedashi tofu: Cut the tofu and squeeze out excess water. Then, dust with potato starch and fry in oil.
・Grilled onigiri: Mix soy sauce into cooked rice before shaping into onigiri. Then grill both sides in a frying pan – this dish can be enjoyed cold as well!
・Yakisoba: A wide range of ingredients can be used when making yakisoba – meat, seafood, vegetables, etc. Let's eat plenty of vegetables!
・Miso soup: Typical ingredients include seasonal vegetables and deep-fried tofu. During autumn, mushrooms are a delicious addition.
With the proper preparations, each dish can be made in less than three minutes!
From 18:00 to 23:00, I'm doing a tavern. I would like to make a good thought with people who come to Japan for sightseeing in the daytime. It is my purpose to have fun every day.
