In this cooking class, we can cook Japanese Tonkatsu dinner set together!
Tonkatsu are tender deep-fried pork cutlets served Japanese-style.
Cooked in a similar way to Tempura, but the ingredients are different.
With Tonkatsu, the cutlets are covered with flour, egg, and then bread crumbs for a crispy texture when fried.
