In this cooking class, we make Japanese style curry using curry roux which you can buy at supermarket.
This is most popular and easy cooking method to make Japanese curry.
On the other hand, we cook deep fried pork cutlet.(Tonkatsu) We sometimes eat this cutlet with curry and rice called “ Katsu curry”.
You can also choose chicken instead of pork.
Also we make yogurt salad using seasonal fruits.
We often eat yogurt with curry just like Indian lassi.
