Hello! My name is Junko. I'm a Japanese homemaker who has raised three children and now enjoys spending time with my grandchildren.
My love for traditional Japanese cuisine runs deep, as I have been accustomed to preparing these dishes since early on. I am committed to preparing high-quality, additive-free dishes with a focus on health-conscious cooking.
Born and raised in Tokyo, I've also had the enriching experience of living in places like Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United States for about five years in total. Along the way, I've picked up some English and enjoy using it whenever I can.
In addition to homemaking, my interests span a wide range. I'm an avid traveler who has explored many countries, finding joy in experiencing different cultures firsthand. When I'm not traveling, I indulge in hobbies such as swimming, reading, ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), and playing the guitar.
I have a sociable and diplomatic personality, finding pleasure in engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. Sharing the richness of Japanese food culture is a passion of mine, and I look forward to connecting with you through this culinary journey!
