"Hello! My name is Junko. I'm a Japanese homemaker who finished Sofia University, worked for some high schools, love swimming, touring canoe, reading books and traveling.
My love for traditional Japanese cuisine runs deep, as I have been accustomed to preparing these dishes since early on. I am committed to preparing high-quality, additive-free dishes with a focus on health-conscious cooking.
Born and raised in Tokyo, I've also had the enriching experience of living in places like Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United States for about five years in total. Along the way, I've picked up some English and enjoy using it whenever I can.
I have a sociable and diplomatic personality, finding pleasure in engaging with people from diverse backgrounds. Sharing the richness of Japanese food culture is a passion of mine, and I look forward to connecting with you through this culinary journey!
※We have two bicycles, so you can cycle to local, calm and worth seeing places that are not touristy.
※I'm a qualified Japanese flower arrangement instructor and have my own high quality kimono, so if you want to try on it after cooking class, please contact me in advance.
