Our cooking experience with Takayuki was great! A real highlight for our trip in Tokyo. We really enjoyed learning the different Japanese cuisines and making our own sushi. Takayuki is a great teacher and I would definitely recommend doing this authentic experience when visiting Tokyo!

I had a great time making Sushi with Taka. You'll learn all the important skills that are needed to make different kinds of Sushi. Taka speaks perfect English and has a lot of knowledge about the process. He'll not only teach you how to make Tamagoyaki, Maki, Nigiri, and Temari Sushi, but he'll also provide a lot of additional information about Sushi making. Besides, he's a charismatic and funny guy which makes the the class a great deal of fun. Of course, all recipes are provided in a printed version in order to take them home. I can definitely recommend anybody who is interested in learning how to prepare Sushi to participate in Taka's class!
