Yakisoba is stir fry noodles. We usually eat Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba together. Ingredients are wheat noodles, pork, onion, cabbage, bean sprouts, seafood and various toppings.
In this cooking class, we can cook Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba!
We’ll start , first cut the vegetables used for okonomiyaki and Yakisoba.
Then seafood and meat too .
Make the okonomiyaki dough . And mix cut vegetables, seafood and meat. then put it in the refrigerator.
Next, heat the cooking oil in a frying pan saute the meat, then vegetables. Add the salt and pepper and noodles.
Finally add sauce.
Heat the cooking oil in a large hotplate. Put the okonomiyaki dough on the hotplate . Bake on both sides and finish with sauce
