Let's make "Gyoza"!
Gyoza is a Pan-fried dumpling with ground pork and vegetables.
It was imported from China, but the way of stir frying dumplings isn’t much seen in China, and now it is one of popular foods in Japan. To make Gyoza, place the filling in the middle of the gyoza skin, and fold over the skin and make pleats. It is tasty, and it is fun to wrap the filling by yourself too.
Family with children (age over 7 years old) are also welcomed.
I'm very sorry but group only with men will not be accepted.
